◆ Chanting ◆
What is chanting?
Meditation you can feel. The voice becomes the instrument.

Chanting is meditation you can feel. The voice becomes the instrument, and sound becomes the doorway. Drawing on the Vedic tradition of mantra — where particular syllables and tones have been used for thousands of years to steady the mind and open the heart — chanting works through vibration as much as meaning.
You don't need to be able to sing, and you don't need to understand every word. You simply lend your breath and your voice, and let the resonance do the rest.
Many people find it quietens the mind faster than silence can, leaving a deep sense of calm, focus and connection. It belongs to no religion — it's simply one of the most ancient ways humans have ever found to come back to stillness together.

A note on belief
These practices are spiritual, not religious. They belong to no faith and ask you to hold none. Whatever you believe, or don't, you're welcome exactly as you are.
Reiki, the Akashic Records, meditation and chanting are alternative healing and wellbeing modalities, drawn from old traditions and offered for relaxation, wellbeing and self-exploration. They are complementary — meant to sit alongside conventional healthcare, never to replace it. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified practitioner.
